This policy explains what Decor India collects when you visit the site, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data short.
1. What we collect
- Browsing data — your IP address, browser, referrer, and the pages you viewed. Stored in our server access logs and rotated weekly.
- Email — only if you subscribe to the newsletter or send a contact message. Stored in our database, used to send the email content you asked for.
- Cookies — a session cookie for site functionality, plus Cloudflare's anti-bot cookie. We do not set tracking cookies for advertising profiles.
2. What we don't collect
No third-party trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tags. Display ads on this site are served by our own ad system on a separate domain; they do not set cross-site cookies for advertising profiles.
3. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 in privacy-respecting mode (anonymised IP, no cross-site tracking) to count visits and measure popular pages. You can opt out with any standard browser extension or by disabling JavaScript.
4. Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, write to us and we'll delete it.
5. How long we keep data
- Access logs: 14 days, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form messages: 12 months, unless the conversation is ongoing.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or correct it. Write via the contact form and we'll handle it.
7. Cloudflare
This site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees a copy of your request to mitigate attacks and improve performance. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be flagged briefly on the home page.
